  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat beef chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and butter. Sear beef chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown; set aside.
