  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups thinly shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 2 large avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded goat cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine spices to create a marinade. Coat chicken tenders and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbages, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and dressing.
  4. Assemble wraps by layering sliced chicken, vegetable mixture, avocado slices, and cheese on tortillas. Drizzle with additional dressing.
  5. Wrap tightly and serve with tortilla chips.
