- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1–2 tsp chili crunch or chili crisp oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the eggs: In a pot of boiling water, gently lower in the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes. Transfer to ice water to cool before peeling.
- Toast the bread: While the eggs cool, toast your bread slices until crispy.
- Smash the avocado: Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash it with a fork. Season with salt and optional garlic powder.
