  • 1/2 package phyllo dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop fresh spinach and sauté in a skillet until wilted; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, sautéed spinach, and chopped artichokes. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Layer phyllo sheets brushed with olive oil in a muffin tin to form cups.
  5. Fill each cup with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
