  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces baby spinach
  • 8 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 ½ ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ½ ounces gruyere cheese
  • 2 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
