- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tbsp water to make a slurry
- 2 – 3 tbsp water for spicy mayo
- 1/2 cup mayo

Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Chop broccoli into florets; set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips; season with salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
- Steam or sauté broccoli until tender yet vibrant green.
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, ground ginger, and arrowroot slurry.
- Pour sauce into the skillet with chicken; simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Assemble bowls with rice as the base topped with sticky chicken strips and broccoli; drizzle spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
