- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup strawberry puree or jam
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or golden Oreos
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (for crust)
- 1 cup crushed golden Oreos or vanilla wafers (for topping)
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a mini muffin tin with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix crushed graham crackers or Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
