Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a greased and floured 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
- Gradually add flour and milk, alternating between the two until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
