  • 500g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil until well coated.
  2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and bell peppers for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the pan; add sauce ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Serve over warm cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
