Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 3 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil until well coated.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and bell peppers for about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan; add sauce ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
- Serve over warm cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
