- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
- 1 cup sautéed sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
- In a frying pan, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside and sauté the sliced mushrooms in the rendered fat until browned.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in half of the shredded Swiss cheese until evenly combined.
