  • 1 cup Cheese (optional)
  • Fresh Cilantro or Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by slicing the tops off and removing the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, teriyaki sauce, pineapple chunks, cooked rice, and diced pepper tops if desired.
