- 2 bags Frozen peaches (20 ounces each)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 stick Unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Boiling hot water
