  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, ground sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
  5. Spread the remaining cranberry sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
  7. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
