- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 2.25 oz can sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 oz sliced turkey pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a glass pie dish with non-stick spray.
