- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for filling)

- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for pastry)
- 2–3 tablespoons cold water (as needed)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch loose-bottom tart pan.
