- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon instant espresso
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 6 oz heavy cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour three 8×2 inch pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in warmed milk, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition; stir in vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and cooled milk/chocolate mixture to the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Divide batter into prepared pans and bake for approximately 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for ten minutes before transferring to wire racks.
