- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (preferably dark)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press two-thirds into a greased 9×13 baking dish for crust.
- In another bowl, mix chopped peaches with sugar, flour, and spices; pour over the crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over peaches and drizzle with cream and brown sugar.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
