Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg, concentrated apple juice, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice) along with baking soda and salt until a dough forms.
