  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the seafood filling evenly over each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
