  • 3/4 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  2. Dip each cutlet in milk, then dredge in breadcrumbs until coated.
