- 10 cups mini vegan marshmallows (divided)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups cinnamon sugar Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray. Line it with foil or parchment paper for easy removal and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar on the bottom.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, sea salt, and 8 cups of mini vegan marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
