Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon (cut into strips)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan (or flour)
- Olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2–3 tablespoons hot sauce
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Chipotle chili powder
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Toss salmon strips with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange the salmon on the prepared sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
