  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
  • 1012 Fresh Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • 40 g Butter
  • 75 g Kataifi
  • 140 g Pistachio Paste
  • Mint Leaves (for garnish)
  • Shredded Coconut or Chopped Nuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and hull/chop strawberries.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, adding coconut oil if desired.
  3. Line a cupcake tray with liners, pour melted chocolate into each cup, and refrigerate until set.
  4. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, add kataifi, stirring until golden brown; mix with pistachio paste.
