  • 500 g Boneless Chicken Breasts/Thighs
  • 4 Naan Bread/Pita
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cucumber (grated)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
  • Optional: Feta Cheese, Fresh Herbs (Parsley/Dill)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill (fresh dill is better)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or fresh minced garlic)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (or lime juice)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, oregano, dill, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, and fresh dill in a bowl.
  4. Assemble by spreading yogurt sauce on naan or pita bread, then layering sliced chicken and desired toppings.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
