- 4 Naan Bread/Pita
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cucumber (grated)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
- Optional: Feta Cheese, Fresh Herbs (Parsley/Dill)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Dill (fresh dill is better)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or fresh minced garlic)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (or lime juice)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, oregano, dill, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- Prepare the yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, and fresh dill in a bowl.
- Assemble by spreading yogurt sauce on naan or pita bread, then layering sliced chicken and desired toppings.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
