- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 8 oz. rotisserie chicken breast meat
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1 cup red cabbage
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 t. honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
