- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 ounces Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cupcake tin with nonstick baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, agave nectar, egg, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
- Add both flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Greek yogurt to the banana mixture. Beat for about 1-2 minutes until combined.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate morsels.
