  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 large lemons)
  • 1 lb strawberries (to yield 1/2 cup juice)
  • 2 pints blueberries (to yield 1/2 cup juice)
  • 3 cups chopped peaches (approx. 3 lg. peaches, to yield 1/2 cup juice)
  • 1 cup raspberries (to yield 1/2 cup juice)

Instructions

  1. Juice lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice using a citrus juicer.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of water and honey; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice and remaining 2 cups of water, mixing well.
  4. For fruit variations: blend selected fruit until smooth, strain if desired, then mix with two cups of your lemonade base.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or serve over ice.
