- 3 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups almond flour

- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions
- Insert wooden skewers into each hot dog.
- Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until fully melted.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Combine melted cheese, egg, and dry ingredients to form dough using an electric mixer or food processor.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
- Wrap the dough around each hot dog completely and seal.
- Fry two corn dogs at a time in pre-heated oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
