- 1 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of reserved spice mixture
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare three 6-inch cake pans with grease and parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger; set aside some spice mixture for the frosting.
- Brown butter in a skillet and mix in the spice blend; let cool.
- Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
