- 2 x 190g packets all-butter croissants (cut in half horizontally)
- 500g ready-made custard
- 250ml milk
- 350g lemon curd
- Icing sugar for serving
- Pouring cream for serving
Instructions

- Cut each croissant in half horizontally and arrange them cut side up in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ready-made custard with the milk and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the lemon curd until well combined.
- Pour the custard-lemon mixture over the croissants and let soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top.
