- 6 graham cracker sheets
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Crush graham crackers in a food processor and mix with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
