  • 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
