  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red Food Coloring
  • ¾ cup (130 g) White Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 4 oz (115 g) Cream Cheese
  • ¾ stick (85 g) Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cups (480 g) Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and mix with granulated and light brown sugars until well combined.
  3. Add three eggs, one egg yolk, and vanilla extract; whisk until blended.
  4. Incorporate vegetable oil and cocoa powder until the batter is smooth.
  5. Mix in red food coloring thoroughly.
