  • 12 tsp red food coloring
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos (about 67 Oreos)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring to the creamed mixture; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no flour streaks remain. Gently incorporate the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set but centers are slightly underdone.
  8. Let cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
