- 1 (3.4 oz) package chocolate instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 cup peanut butter (warmed)
- 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix, chocolate instant pudding, eggs, water, melted unsalted butter, and vegetable oil until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- For the filling, beat together softened unsalted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream until combined.
