Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (if using). If using metal skewers, skip this step.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and ground red pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting.
- Add shrimp to a gallon-sized zip bag and pour in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°F).
- Skewer the marinated shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers. Discard any remaining marinade from the bag.
- Grill skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on one side; baste with reserved marinade before flipping and grilling for another 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
