  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips and spread evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 18–23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  4. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
