- 7.5 oz vegan marshmallows fluff
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your bundt pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and strawberry Jello until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
- For the cream filling, beat softened butter, vegan marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Gradually add whipping cream until smooth.
