  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar free keto approved chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 square baking dish with damp parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Stir in ricotta cheese, eggs, monk fruit, cocoa powder, coconut flour (or almond flour), heavy cream, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
