  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, avocado oil, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces and toss with paprika and half the marinade. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
