Ingredients
- 2 packs (14.1 oz) artesian flatbread
- 5 tablespoons pesto
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 4 roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup basil leaves (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced roma tomatoes, sliced basil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Stir well and set aside.
