  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 (750ml) bottle dry white apple vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (optional)
  • 1 large orange (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 1 small lime (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 1 liter plain seltzer water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced watermelon until smooth and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher.
  2. Combine the strained watermelon juice with lime juice and apple vinegar in the pitcher. Stir well.
  3. Add optional fruits if desired and gently mix.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving over ice.
  5. Top with seltzer water right before serving for an extra fizz.
